Priority Customer: A Modern Script Font for Elegant Web Design

Choosing the Right Typeface for a Boutique Coaching Website

While working on a new coaching website for a creative client, I found myself deep in the process of selecting the perfect font to match their brand tone—feminine, professional, and slightly romantic. That’s when I came across Priority Customer, a graceful handwritten script font that immediately caught my eye. As a web designer, I knew I had to test it in a real layout before committing to the final design direction.

First Impressions: Testing in the Hero Section

I started by placing Priority Customer in the hero section of the homepage. The smooth, fluid strokes and ornamental curves gave the headline a soft, inviting presence. It felt personal yet polished—perfect for a coaching brand that wanted to stand out with a human touch. On desktop, the font looked stunning over a subtle image banner with a light overlay, maintaining legibility while adding visual interest.

As I adjusted the font size and spacing, I noticed how well it balanced elegance with clarity. It wasn’t too delicate to lose impact, nor was it overly stylized to the point of distraction. This made it a strong contender for use in hero titles, logo text, and short brand statements.

Where Does Priority Customer Shine?

Readability & Responsive Design Considerations

One of the biggest concerns when using a script font like Priority Customer is readability—especially on mobile devices. I tested it across multiple screen sizes and found that it performed best when used at larger sizes (36px and up) with adequate letter spacing. For mobile hero sections, I made sure to increase contrast by using a white background or light text shadow over darker images.

It’s also important to avoid using it in long body copy or small UI elements like navigation links or form buttons. Instead, I paired it with a clean sans serif font for body text, creating a strong visual hierarchy that guided the user’s eye naturally through the content.

Font Pairing for a Balanced Digital Identity

When building the site’s typographic system, I chose a minimalist sans serif font like Montserrat or Inter to complement Priority Customer. This pairing worked well for a few reasons:

  1. Contrast: The soft curves of Priority Customer balanced beautifully with the structured geometry of a modern sans serif.
  2. Consistency: Using a script font only for headings and accents kept the design cohesive without overwhelming the layout.
  3. Accessibility: The clean sans serif ensured that body copy remained easy to scan, especially on mobile devices where readability matters most.

Practical Uses Across Web Projects

I’ve found Priority Customer to be especially effective in the following real-world design scenarios:

Final Thoughts on Using Priority Customer

After testing and implementing Priority Customer across multiple sections of the coaching website, I found it to be a reliable and expressive choice for digital branding. It elevated the overall aesthetic without compromising usability, especially when used thoughtfully in key visual areas.

If you're a web designer, UI creator, or digital product owner looking for a modern script font that brings warmth and professionalism to your brand, Priority Customer is definitely worth exploring. Just remember to pair it wisely, test for readability, and ensure it aligns with your brand’s personality and design goals.
